These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Flight Town at flight.town (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Flight Town is operated by Qode LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17259547), with its registered office at Liberty House, 30 Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, England, HA8 6LE. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Qode LTD.

2. What Flight Town is (and is not)

Flight Town is a travel meta-search and comparison service. We help you search and compare flights, hotels and holiday packages offered by third-party travel providers and affiliate partners. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline or hotel, and we do not sell, supply or arrange any travel product ourselves.

When you choose a deal, we direct you to the relevant third-party provider, where any booking, payment and contract is made directly between you and that provider under their own terms and conditions. We are not a party to that contract and have no responsibility for the travel products or services you book.

3. Affiliate disclosure

We earn a commission from some of the providers we link to when you click through and complete a booking. This is how we fund a free-to-use service. Affiliate relationships never change the price you pay, and we do not rank results to favour commission over relevance.

4. Prices and availability

Prices, availability and other details shown on Flight Town are provided by third-party providers and are indicative only. They can change or become unavailable at any time and may differ from the final price shown by the provider. You must always confirm the full price, terms, baggage allowances, cancellation rules and any other conditions on the provider's website before booking. We do not guarantee that any price or offer is accurate, current or available.

5. Accounts

You can use Flight Town without an account. You may optionally create an account to save favourites. If you do, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password secure, and that you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Service without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
• introduce malware or interfere with the proper working of the Service; or
• misuse affiliate links or attempt to manipulate our analytics or commissions.

7. Third-party websites

The Service contains links to third-party websites and providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, availability, privacy practices or terms. Any dealings you have with a third party are solely between you and that third party.

8. Intellectual property

The Flight Town name, logo, design and the content we create are owned by Qode LTD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial travel research only.

9. Our liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from: your reliance on prices or information shown on the Service; the acts, omissions, products or services of any provider; or any interruption or unavailability of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, suspend or withdraw the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its "last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
